What happens next

Three things you can count on.

No charge for the survey
We look before we quote. Always. There's no callout fee and no obligation.
A fixed written price
A detailed, itemised estimate on headed paper. The number you sign is the number you pay.
No pressure
Take your time. If it's not right for you, that's completely fine.
How urgent is it?

No obligation. We never pass your details to anyone else. Typically we call back the same working day.

How it works

Clear stages. Zero shortcuts.

From the first call to the final invoice, you'll know exactly where things stand.
  1. 01

    Survey

We call out, look at the roof properly, and talk through what we find. No charge, no pressure.

  2. 02

    Written estimate

A detailed, itemised estimate on headed paper. What's included, what isn't, and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Build

We agree the dates, put up the scaffold, and our own team does the work. You'll know who's on your property and when.

  4. 04

    Handover

Final inspection, photographs, guarantee paperwork and aftercare guidance before the final invoice.

Questions answered

Before you ask.

No. The survey is free and there's no obligation. We'd always rather look at a roof than guess at it, and it means the estimate you get is real rather than a hopeful one.

Only if we find something genuinely hidden, rotten timber, a previous bodge, structural issues under the deck. If that happens we stop, show you photographs, and agree any change in writing before continuing. No surprise invoices.

Yes. Every completed job carries a written guarantee covering workmanship, issued before the final invoice. Material guarantees come separately from the manufacturer and depend on the product. Ask any contractor for their guarantee in writing before you agree to anything, if they won't put it on paper, that's your answer.

Ask to see recent work nearby that you can drive past. Ask for a written quote and a written guarantee on workmanship. Ask who will actually be doing the work. Ask what's happening with the deck, the underlay and the ventilation, not just the tiles. Anyone who quotes without looking at the roof, or who won't put the guarantee in writing, is worth avoiding.
